Glazed salmon steak, with a side of steamed rice & courgette salad. 

Hungry ? Looking for something quick and tasty to cook today ? Here is out glazed salmon steak recipe. 
For the salmon: 

1 salmon fillet 

1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger 

1 tablespoon of hoisen sauce 

2 tablespoons of soy sauce 

1 tablespoon of agave syrup 

1 tablespoon of sesame oil 

1/2 lemon 

1 garlic clove – finely chopped 

Salt & Pepper to taste 
Preheat your oven 

Season you steak with a dash of lemon, salt and pepper. 

Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Using a brush, coat your salmon fillet and place it in the oven for 5 minutes, then coat it again. 

Let it cook for 10 more minutes (or until desired), then remove it and coat it one more time. 
For the courgette salad: 

2 medium courgettes

2 finely chopped garlic cloves 

2 tablespoons of olive oil 

1 big lemon 

Salt & Pepper to taste 
Wash, and boil the courgettes for 5-10 minutes. 

Let them cool. 

Chop them into slices then season them with the lemon, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
