If you’re into fresh and light salads, we came up with this cute little cucumber salad.
Don’t worry about measurements – adapt the measurements to the quantity of cucumber you’re making and to your personal taste.
Use a mandolin or a knife to cut your cucumbers into super thin disc like slices.
A mandolin is a great investment and super versatile – you can use it for an endless number of different products – and above all its SUPER fast.
Place them in a bowl, and put the bowl in the freezer while you’re mixing your ingredients for the dressing.
This will firm up your cucumber and add freshness to the salad.
Mix the rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, sea salt and the Sriracha sauce.
Remove your cucumbers from the freezer, add your dressing, mix well & add some sesame seeds on top.
